Survive Unbroken – Return Policy

1. Return Window – Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. – Products
must be returned in their original packaging.
Exceptions: – Underwear and base layers are non-refundable. – Expired products, MREs, emergency
rations, or damaged by misuse are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Refunds and Exchanges – Defective Products: full refund at no cost. – Change of Mind: returns at
customer’s expense. – Exchanges: available for sizing issues or incorrect items received.
3. Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or
incorrect.
4. Safety and Risk Disclaimer – Many products (knives, axes, ropes, sporting equipment, emergency
gear) carry inherent risks. – Customers are responsible for safe and proper use. – Survive Unbroken is
not liable for injury, misuse, or damage. – Limited shelf life items (MREs, emergency rations) are not
liable for post-delivery expiry.
5. Drop-Shipped Products – Some items may ship directly from manufacturers or distributors. Survive
Unbroken is not responsible for shipping, handling, or packaging.
6. Age Restrictions – Customers must be 18+ to purchase knives, axes, and similar products. – Survive
Unbroken is not responsible for age misrepresentation.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution – Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. – Disputes
brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario. – Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal
action.
